Cancellation Policy

To provide the best service to all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge.

• Cancellations made with less the 48 hours’ notice may be subjected to cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

• Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice (“No-show”) may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
